About Me

She:kon. My name is Tammy Cadue. I was born and raised in Deshkan Ziibiing, which is also known as London, Ontario. I lived in the greater Toronto area for approximately 32 years, then moved back home to spend time with my family as my parents grew older.  My passion is in assisting others find solutions that will help them heal and live a balanced and more joyful life mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Sometimes life can throw curve balls our way that cause increases in stress and anxiety. There are other times, especially when we are juggling multiple responsibilities, that we spend more time looking after others than we do ourselves. And then there are the times when we realize that issues from the past are still driving current behaviours that may just no longer work for us. It is during these times that it can be helpful to reach out to someone for guidance or that can help us find ways to navigate through the emotions, the pain or just find alternate ways of dealing with life.  There is no shame in reaching out for the help you may need to find news way to move through challenges when they become overwhelming.

As someone who has been on her healing journey for over ten years now, I can tell you that the best thing I did for myself when I reached a point where I knew something needed to change within my life was to reach out and get the help and the tools that I needed to let go of past traumas, have a safe space to go to where I knew I would not be judged because of what I was going through, and to restore a sense of balance to my life once again.

If these words resonate with you, I invite you to reach out and book a free session with me to see if you feel that I am the right fit to walk beside you and gently guide you on your own healing journey.
